I am in receipt of Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}4/T16.2.33 together with copy of E.11/HP.15.2.33 giving a list of modifications which, as you say, is very disturbing as it seems to depart very seriously from the decision previously arrived at.

This decision was arrived at after a full discussion with all concerned present, i.e. to make the car as per the sample we tried, and then afterwards we agreed to a few modifications, as it was realised that, if we were going to wait for a lot of other things, it would mean missing exhibiting the car at this year's Show and in a large measure missing 1934 production.

It is difficult for me, however, to judge what these modifications really mean and, as I note that you are going to have a conference with all concerned very shortly and will then let me have a considered opinion, I will wait for that.
