PHANTOM II. EXHAUST VALVES.

In reply to your memo By.7/G.3.7.37 with regard to the proposal of lightening of the exhaust valves E.85505 by going back to the original stem diameter but retaining the heavy head, we consider that this should be held up pending further information which we are expecting from GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} on this subject.
