FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR. CHANDLER

We are in receipt of your letter of the 26th ultimo, with regard to the 10" CLUTCH ASSEMBLIES on which you have found certain Thrust Springs resting on the top of one of the three Locating Lugs on the Pressure Plate.

This matter has been taken up with our Inspection Department and you may rest assured that you will have no trouble of this nature on future deliveries.
