X 8992. Dear. Rem Centrally Vented Tank P.2 27EX The body has been built at the rear to accomodate on present tank & fittings. If you fit N.Sch.3144, the centrally vented tank. I am afraid you will be in serious difficulties with the back of the rear boot of the body. It will mean lifting the floor of the luggage compartment, & so the trunks will not fit. We could alter the body now but it would cause serious delay & then might not be right as P.W. would have only our N-Sch. to work to. I suggest that it would be wise to let the body go on as it is, & that you test the tank on another car, later fitting it to 27EX, if it looks at all possible. E.O. | ||
