Dear Sirs,
FOR THE ATTENTION OF MR.STEADMAN.
In reply to your letter of September 13th., reference Thermostats, we have been using this Thermostat since 1935 - total number used up-to-date being approximately 33,000.
Service troubles have been under 0.5 percent and possibly considerably less than this, as we do not keep an accurate check below this figure.
We enclose herewith a drawing No.01220, showing our Inspection requirements for this Thermostat, and hope that this will give you the information you require.
Yours faithfully,
THE ROVER COMPANY LIMITED.
