(1) REF. MINUTE (1) WORKS AGENDA CONFERENCE AT MIDLAND HOTEL. 3/11/20. LOWER GEARED AXLE.

(a) 100 sets of 15/52 Gleason Gears for Lower Geared Axle are being pushed, so as to be able to standardise at the earliest possible moment.

(b) Will Mr. Lay approach Mr. Royce with a view to putting half a dozen 14/52 tooth back axles through experimentally.

(2) REFERENCE COST OF LATEST DESIGN OF 40/50HP CHASSIS AS COMPARED WITH PRESENT CHASSIS.

The Committee agreed that Mr. Bailey and Mr. Swift should look into the drawings available of the Buzzard and Vulture with a view to finding out how much, if any, more work, than on the present chassis, would be necessary.

They will report to the Works Committee before the next meeting at the Midland Hotel.
