We give below copy of a cable received to-day from Mr.Royce:-

"Phantom springing supposing Olleys thirty five per cent nearly correct then I suggest we go on as intended with a corrected twelve and a half per cent whichwith our hydraulic dampers on front and Lovejoys on back and medium pressure tyres ought to give satisfactory riding and a safe policy if conference agrees get model tested advise Messrs Johnson and Fuller of our decision and that we are continuing tests with changes in centre of gravity axle control and much increased flexibility to find if we can excel our earlier efforts see also my many notes of long chassis light bodies engine weight etc. ROYCE".
