Procedure for replacing Mercury plugs with Lodge plugs due to a supply shortage.

In view of the fact that we have run out of Mercury plugs and are absolutely unable to obtain them at the moment the following procedure should be adopted:- (a) No more Mercury plugs should be sent away as spares. Six Lodge plugs should be used for this purpose. (b) We should continue to use six Lodge and six Mercury on the engine whilst Mercury plugs hold out. When these fail we must fit all Lodge. BY.{R.W.
