B.V.
The outstanding items for B.V. were discussed in detail, and all items with the exception of the Gearbox and parts affected by the steering wheel will be completed in 7/10 days for 50 sets.

Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} stated the gearbox received was very good, and he hoped to be able to release in about a week.

Regarding the steering parts, we are waiting for Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s decision as to the type of wheel to be used. It was agreed to order the steering cams for the first 300 cars from Adamant.

RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} raised the question of test bodies, and BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} will get Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} to consider what is required.

The question of test bodies brought up the subject of testing of B.V. chassis, and after a lengthy discussion BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} agreed to issue a memo forecasting the procedure for future testing of :-

(a). Chassis.
(b). Complete Car.

GENERAL.
The future production of P.III was discussed, and it was agreed that RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} should circulate a proposed programme for all cars, and this would be a subject for the next main chassis Conference to be held immediately after Whitsuntide.
