26th June 1937.
Dear Mr. Robotham,
I have opened your letter of the 23rd June addressed to Mr. Ricardo who is in Austria and will not be returning here until about the 6th July.
Probably the best plan would be for your representative to meet our Mr. Alcock here, since Mr. Alcock is in close touch with the whole of the Air Ministry research work that we are doing. If you agree, would you kindly let me know which day or days you would suggest for the visit.
Mr. Alcock could be here any day next week, except Tuesday.
Yours sincerely,
O.{Mr Oldham} Thornycroft
