Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} for Dodds. X899Z I had not noticed before today, but when the car is standing on a very stiff down gradient it is impossible for the starter motor to engage. It occurs at the top of the road down from the villa, say - 1 in 4 or 5? I tried the same performance on a lesser gradient and found that it only started after numerous attempts with starter button. As the gradient decreases so starting becomes easy, on the level and up-gradients, - everything is OK, the starter functions at the first pressure of button. I don't know if this happens to be one on its own but thought it rather interesting F.{Mr Friese} Dodds. | ||
