(3) We have arranged for these in future to be cleaned out with a suitable reamer in a fixture. We also want a bigger chamfer specified on the plug thread or a lead-in and chamfer combined, which would probably be a better protection from damage when dropping. With regard to the joint washer Mx{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} would prefer a copper asbestos in place of the aluminium as he finds great difficulty in getting a tight joint with the latter.
