Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 10th instant, notifying us that Mr. Rowbotham is at present away from the Works and that the proposed visit for the 15th instant is, therefore, unsuitable.

It would suit our arrangements much better if the meeting could be arranged for Thursday the 24th instant, but if this is not possible then the writer will arrange to be with you on Friday the 18th instant at about 1.30 in the afternoon.

Will you please be good enough to reply by return so that the necessary arrangements can be made?

Yours faithfully,

PETO & RADFORD.

E.S. Chapman
