S/W {Sales / Derby Works} To Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re Bentley Sparking Plugs Copy to Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} (crossed out) You will remember at the Derby conference on the 20th I asked you to make some comparative tests under similar conditions with other makes ofcars, to see if they sufferedfrom wet plugs in the same way and under the same conditions as the Bentley does. I should be glad to have the results. You will remember also I said that we had heard that the Repair Dept. at Derby were recommending users to run on half Ethyl and half ordinary petrol and I was told that this was not so. Would you please see paragraph 4 of Hd {Mr Hayward / Mr Huddy} 's letter to Mr.Pilkington of the 31st December. This is just oneinstance of it. Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
