PHANTOM III.

(1) BEARINGS.
The position of Hall's metal big ends has been reported in Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/R.7.1.38.
The oil cooler cannot be deleted until these bearings are standardised.

(2) FUEL CONSUMPTION
The Standardisation Sheet for S.U. carburetter jets is up for signature at this Conference.

(3) EXP. CARS.
37-MX.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} In view of the decision to make an alteration to the bushes in overdrive gear-boxes 37-MX.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} has no longer an overdrive box.
32-MX.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} This is being built up.

(4) STARTER MOTOR
A Standardisation Sheet is being costed for the longer pinion and modified teazer winding for use on Production as soon as possible.

(5) IDLING
Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/R.13.1.38 has been issued dealing with this.

(6) DAMPERS. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/R.13.1.38
