J.D./112. 122 trouble. Many separators were found badly clogged with active material when cells were dismantled. At the commencement of their life similar results were obtained on the Std: cells & the Threaded Rubber cells having the ribs to the positives. Later during service the cells fitted with Threaded Rubber were showing signs of lagging behind the Std: cells both in capacity & resistance this gradually getting worse. Throughout the life of these batteries the Std: cells have shewn a better general performance & we can say with certainty that our Std combination of wood & ebonite separators is the best arrangement of separation we have yet found & proved. | ||
