Further to our Conference in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}' office yesterday, we hope you will be able to get the following parts on to this car before it goes to France :- (1) Lubrication to front pivots, N.Sch.4593. (2) Lubrication to steering centre lever, N.Sch.4560. (3) N.Sch.4576 to overcome failure of hand brake rope. (4) New contact pad for front bumper buffers, N.Sch.4580. (5) Front bump and rebound buffers produced in moulds by the British Tyre & Rubber Co., instead of rolled up strip material by Avon Rubber Co. (6) Screw thread to prevent leaks from rear axle pinion. N Sch 4594 (7) Cast iron front shock damper pistons. (8) Front coil springs G.83487/8. Exact free length and outside diameter to be measured before fitting. (9) Front wing stays to be attached to the radiator with studs instead of set screws. (10) Gitseals to be used at joint between yoke and top triangular bracket on offside.
