In order to obtain better performance of the above machines, will you please put in hand the following parts :-

ARMATURE.

x D.54292. Armature Stamping, Thin. 106 off.
x D.54293. Armature Stamping, Thick. 2 off.
D.53767. Spring Ring. 1 off.
D.53768. Winding Support. 1 off.
D.53769. Slot Lining. 24 off.
D.54104. Armature Shaft. 1 off.
D.54227. Coil Separator. 24 off.

1.6 lbs, 15 SWG, .072 D.C.C. Copper Wire, i.e. 100 ft.

COMMUTATOR.

D.54090. Loose Cone. 1 off.
D.54091. Commutator Bar. 47 off.
D.54092. Insulating Segment. 47 off.
D.54088. Comm. Vee Ring. 2 off.
D.54089. Comm. Fixing Cone. 2 off.

Blue prints of all the abovementioned parts have previously been issued to you, with the exception of those marked thus:- x

The Armature should be completed to L.O.P. D.54222.
All the parts on the L.O.P. with the exception of the aforementioned, can be obtained from Production.

The final assembly to be in accordance with D.54295.

The Commutator should be assembled in accordance with D.54294 - Commutator Assembly.

Prints of these two assemblies are attached hereto.

Please have one set of parts put in hand : We have already handed to the Order Office blue prints of the armature stampings to enable Sankeys to go ahead with the job.
