We attach herewith curves showing the ignition advance required by Peregrine, and the advance characteristics we can obtain by minor modifications to the governor. The ultimate curve required will be better estimated when the degree of detonation taking place, at the conclusion of 10,000 miles running in France with this head, has been established.
