Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} RE: BENTLEY STEERING. EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}16/MH.{M. Huckerby} 3.9.35. I think that the trouble is not to be avoided by any one oil, it can be met by changing from a thin to a thick oil to meet hot weather conditions and vice versa for cold conditions. Grooves judicially arranged will make either oil satisfactory under any conditions by adequately maintaining an oil wetted area of sufficient dimensions to carry the load. BY BY.{R.W.
