I went out in the above car several times at Springfield and I had to agree with them as regards the faults on the body.

The water had leaked through and was spoiling the leather. There were also numerous noises and rattles. It was quite impossible to use this car for demonstration runs as it was.

They appear to have been rather unlucky with Lucas Windscreen wipers. They had had several which had failed and it was very difficult to get them repaired. You will see from the attached note that we are not satisfied with the Lucas wiper.
