This became noticeable when we quietened the engine down with improved rubber engine mounting, large flywheel and slipper wheel, etc. It has been partially overcome by fitting stronger plunger springs but further work is being carried out. We are endeavouring to improve the Paris Trials car which we now have for an experimental car, and bring it up to the standard of the car now running 15,000 miles in France. Additionally we hope to do better than Hancock's car with regard to the clutch and the steering. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
