Dear Mr. Robotham,

I wish to thank you very much for your letter of the 23rd instant, reference as above, and am glad to hear that you are pushing ahead with the experimental work on the Twin Stromberg Carburetter. This is very pleasing news indeed.

I have been carefully studying the question of the manufacture of this carburetter since I saw you last, but it has taken some little time to get the prices for tools, etc.

In answer to your questions, I am pleased to say that if we could obtain the diecastings from America, we could produce the rest of this carburetter in this country and be able to deliver by the end of February. We could possibly start a little earlier than this, but I should hardly care to promise definitely at this moment because so much depends on your final specification.
