CRANKSHAFTS IN .4 CARBON STEEL.

With reference to the development of suitable cutting technique and tools for the above material, the remaining .4 carbon steel B.60 crankshaft stamping is now in the hands of the Crankshaft Department/for the early operations. Perhaps you could arrange for Mr. Hampson to take this opportunity of studying at first hand any difficulties which may arise during the course of manufacture.
