To EY. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Re. special enamelled wheels fitted to 93-NK car. Below is a report on the specially enamelled wheels fitted to 93-NK car running in France. It will be seen that there is no appreciable difference in the results as the enamel in both cases has worn off the back wheels :- "Three were enamelled by Dunlops and three enamelled by R.R. We have run one Dunlop and one R.R. on the rear axle, and one Dunlop and on R.R. on the front axle, the position being cross-wise. These wheels have run approx. 21,000 miles. The condition of the two front wheels is good, the enamel on both being in a good condition. There is nothing to choose between the two. The rear wheels are in a poor condition, the enamel having worn off the rims and all front spokes. Of the two wheels, the Dunlop wheel is slightly worse than the R.R., but there is very little to choose between the two". Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W.
