We have had a further exhaust valve failure on J.111 unit, the fracture occurring in the stem and immediately above the 'tulip'. This type valve (E.57703) should be modified and strengthened in a similar manner to that of the Peregrine exhaust valve when modified from (E.100081) to (E.100928)
