Replying to BJ30/D23.8.26. We are arranging to send a covered Phantom car to London at the end of next week for FN. to try the new lightened axle and hydraulic dampers.
At the same time we will arrange that this car is fitted up in the best manner we know to avoid - irregularity of the throttle setting, irregular running at slow speed, and popping in the exhaust.
