We thank you for your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}27/KW15.7.36, and have carefully noted your remarks regarding the servo of this car.

As we believe you are aware, we shall be closed here for the first two weeks in August for the summer holiday, and there will only be a skeleton staff in attendance.

If, however, you will be good enough to give us the Chassis No. and the address of this owner, we will communicate with him offering to carry out the necessary work within the next fortnight if he can conveniently spare the car for one day.

Br/M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore}
