To EY. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} X 4295 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}9/LGM.8.2.21. X 4295 MERCURY SPARKING PLUGS. We hope it is clearly understood that the 500 Mercury Plugs which are on order can be used on standard production chassis and can be despatched. The standardisation sheets have been signed by R.{Sir Henry Royce} and CJ. agreeing to this. These plugs should be booked out on the standard order numbers. We want, however, these plugs to be got into running cars as soon as possible i.e. the Trials Cars in London, Cars at Cricklewood, Repair Cars at Derby and Test Dept.
