X.3066 15.12.19. ROUTINE FOR STANDARDISATION SHEETS (1) Initiation of standardisation sheet put up to A.T. from any source (2) Sheet prepared in pencil and submitted to EH. (mechanical parts) or EFC. (Electrical parts) for approval and signature. (3) Typed copies submitted to Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}, FN, Ey, Bn{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington}, Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}, for remarks and signatures and one copy kept. Ws. advised of standardisation of part. (4) On completion of (3), sheets made up with remarks and signatures so far and submitted to R.{Sir Henry Royce} and J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} for further remarks and signatures. (5) On completion of (4), if all are in agreement, sheets are again made up complete and copies distributed to all concerned. Part is then considered standard and is so instructed by Ey.
