until it has been reduced to the desired temperature.

If an engine is to be running in the chamber the duty being performed by the refrigerating plant will of course be very considerably increased and if you could give us some idea as to what experiments you wish to carry out with the engine we may be able to suggest one or two methods of dealing with the problem which would be economical in first cost.

For this reason it would be desirable, in the writer's opinion, for him to have a short discussion with you on the various points.

We shall of course be only too pleased to give you an outline specification with a rough price for a plant on similar lines to the Lucas equipment, but, as mentioned above, such a plant may not meet your requirements. It is no trouble for us to come up to Derby as the writer isfrequently in Burton-on-Trent and district, attending to various contracts which we have going through, and any appointment you care to make he would be able to keep.
