X112. By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} PEREGRINE CLUTCH. We have not yet found the cause of the clutch slip experienced on Peregrine. We therefore recommend building up the 6 chassis with springs to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}667 although these are apparently unnecess-arily strong. These springs in conjunction with the lever Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}672 give a reasonable pedal effort and the clutch is not affected by the diminished separation. Will EIO. please supply By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} with details of any modifications required to the cartridges or pressure plate. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
