Description.
Oil filler with crank-case breather and deletion of rocker cover breather.
Valve springs produced in American low carbon wire in U.S.A.
Extra hole in each crank-pin opposite existing.
Spun filled tail pipe on exhaust system.
Armstrong rear shock dampers.
Ferodo S.5805 or F.Z. for brake liners.
Chromidium brake drums.
Anti-judder weights in front brakes.

Notes.
Satisfactory results with mock-up scheme. Design scheme to be run on next 15,000 miles Bentley with view to Standardisation.
Samples for trial and comparison. No trouble.
Not standardised on account of high oil consumption.
Further mileage required on next 15,000 miles test Bentley.
Initial experience only. Not intended for Standardisation. Improved Armstrong dampers will be fitted to next 15,000 miles test Bentley.
As used on Ph.III. Not suitable for Bentleys on account of greater heat.
Not to be standardised until JZ-Ex. has completed 15,000 miles as first time used. Very important to standardise soon as Hilenite has risen 3/- per cwt. to 47/-.
Already in Production but require improved pins and bushes.
