X. 740 Extract from Mr. Platford's report re Cars in Spanish Grand Prix - in X. 387. Oil in Engine. I think that the height of the stand pipe for the overflow can be increased .4" to advantage, especially for continental use, considerably more oil is used under full power conditions than light load.
