You have recently sent us a pinion bearing with a broken cage.

Sometime ago we wrote to KC. asking him to take special note in cases of cage failure as to whether the nip on the pinion bearing was correct. We have reason to believe that cage failures are due entirely to the bearing running slack, but want to get confirmation of this.

Could you let us know any more about this particular bearing ?
