Need for a suitable stand for changing tyres on detachable wheels and proposing a wall-mounted design.

With reference to the above stand, I have not been able to find anything locally, suitable for this purpose. I do not think we shall get any sort of stand which will be firm enough on its base to stand changing a cover. I think it will have to have a fixing which is either cemented into the floor or bolted to a wall or a bench. I think that for universal use, the wall bracket would be the most suit-able. Will you please instruct the D.O. to prepare schemes of a suitable bracket - if they will come and see us, we will give them our views of how it should be made. EH.
