re Peregrine(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine) and Bensport(Codename for 3 1/2-litre Bentley).

I hope that we have now definitely decided to the satis-faction of all concerned exactly what the bore and stroke of these are going to be.

I gather that both are to have a bore of .275 and a stroke of 4", the only difference from the original intention being a reduction of .125 on the stroke.

Would you please let me know what the cc. will be.

It is a pity that this alteration has had to be made seeing that we have just managed to get the first Peregrine(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine) made but I gather from your E4/EP. {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} 5.7.32 that both you and Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} are satisfied that the performance of the Peregrine(Experimental Bentley car never produced / Aero Engine) will not suffer.

Sg. {Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}
