A standardisation sheet was sent round on the 26th.Feb. this year for this modification and it was agreed to by every-body. This modification was fitted to 4-Goshawk(Aero Engine)(Codename for 20HP Car / Aero Engine after Kestrel(Aero Engine))-II car before it went to Le Canadel(Henry Royce's French residence) early in the year.

There has been no reason to modify the alterations which were agreed to at that time.
