| [Handwritten] X1027 [Text redacted] c. Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} re. 40/50 Chassis Sparking Plug Box Spanner. We have a complaint from a customer with regard to the above. The criticism is that the box spanner is an inconvenient one. It is too short to be convenient to use and if the spanner is allowed to rest upon its end when in position over the plug, its hexagon portion comes below the hexagon portion of the plug, and in consequence to remove the plug the spanner has to be held up whilst in use. [Handwritten line through the following text]Will you please consider the question of re-designing this spanner. Sales Dept. have also asked that this matter shall have attention. EP {G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} /Thn. | ||
