Tests taken with 2126 (France) Sunday 20th October 1912 by Mr Maclure.

(3) LOUVRED BONNET.

The chief point with reference to these seems to be the various noises which stand out i.e. magneto gears, suction tappets.
These seem worse than with the bonnet off as though it is a sound box. It certainly does what it was intended to, i.e. keeps the floorboards much cooler.

For ordinary tests see test card.
