EXPERIMENTAL REPORT
Expl. No. X4117
REF: Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 3/LG27.11.25.
To Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
NEW PHANTOM(Codename for PHANTOM I) COMPLAINTS. X 8770
With reference to the summary of New Phantom(Codename for PHANTOM I) complaints supplied by Sales. In our opinion this is the most useful report we have received for a very long time.
We recommend, however, that on future issues of this report, it should be made clear whether the complaint emanates from a customer, or a R-R Official.
It would also be exceedingly useful to the Expl: Dept: if we could receive similar sheets from our Depots. We consider R.D.Derby, R.D.Cricklewood, and R.D.Paris should quarterly send a similar report of the chief complaints from customers and how they have overcome them.
I consider we do not receive sufficient inform- ation from our Repair Depots.
Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}
