Dear Sirs:

Ref. HS {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /RM {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 2/LG.

We are in receipt of your letter of the 23rd. and are sorry to hear that you are returning 3 more Filter Bowls that have broken.

They have come to hand and we have carefully examined same and find that are of Pyrex Glass which we are no longer using.

As previously explained we have carefully looked into this question and feel certain we have now cured the trouble, but in any case our Managing Director Mr. Caillat willcall upon you this week for the purpose of discussing the matter as requested.

Assuring you of our best service at all times.

We remain,

Yours faithfully.
