Rear Axle Gears.
We have got the Bentley running again with the axle gears which you kindly set up for us at the Paris Depot. As you know, they were old gears in very poor condition. Taking this into account, the axle is fairly quiet and we are very pleased with the results obtained.
We thank you again for getting the job through over the week-end, as it has enabled us to have the car ready for Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} to try.
