~~E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}~~ ) FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ) (At Le CanadelHenry Royce's French residence.) ~~RG.{Mr Rowledge}~~ ) ~~C. to SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} WOR.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}~~ ~~C. to DY.{F R Danby}~~ re. VISIT, & CAR FOR FRANCE. x8992 I am not running 18-EX. because there seems little use, so I am spending my time on the designs, and using my forced relaxation in exercise of walking and gardening. Regarding sending out another car, I fear it will be too costly unless it were ready for a long trial, or needed the experience of these roads, so I shall not expect it unless I hear to the contrary. (or 10 days) We shall be coming home the week/after Easter so this only allows 3 weeks, but if you think the car is good enough and need the experience I shall be pleased to see HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} or RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}, and naturally RG.{Mr Rowledge} or E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer}, if they would like to spend their Easter break here.
