To BJ. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X3579 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG11.4.27. RE. 'AUTOVAC'. The only alteration which has been made to the Autovac since our original complaint has been that a special elbow with suction controlled valve has been fitted. These elbows were supplied by The Autovac Co. as a result of our original complaints. The first of these elbows was brought to Derby by Mr. Royle the Works Manager of The Autovac Co. He observed the tests at Derby and agreed that this fitting did not eliminate the trouble but reduced it. We attach a copy of a letter we sent to them before we adopted the special elbows. We have had no further correspondence with the Autovac Co. on this particular fault. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
