Dear Sirs,
MR. E.R. HALL'S 30 H.P. UNIT (BOAT).
We thank you for your letter of the 20th inst., together with blueprints, and in view of the construction of this pulley we do not propose to make any alteration to it.
The drive ratio will have to be governed by the new pulley on the pump, whatever size that happens to be.
We quite see your point in regard to machining off the pulley, but we do not think it desirable to interfere with the component at all.
Thanking you for your assistance,
We are,
Yours faithfully,
THE PARSONS ENGINEERING CO. LTD.
