Messrs. The Dunlop Rubber Co.Ltd.,
Fort Dunlop (Development Department)
Erdington,
BIRMINGHAM.

Dear Sirs.,

SECURITY BOLTS AND BOLT VALVES.

Referring to your favor of the 5th inst., we regret that owing to some of our Officials being away on holiday we shall be unable to meet your technical people until Thursday next, the 13th inst., but if this date is suitable for you we would like you to definitely arrange to meet us on Thursday morning at Fort Dunlop at 10.30.

Any modification to such an arrangement you wish to make will be suitable for us, providing you let us know by return, but we are, of course, most anxious that this meeting should take place at the earliest possible moment, as our Sales Department never seem to miss a day in writing to ask what has been decided upon.

We remain,
Yours faithfully.,

M Harvey Bailey
