B.60 Engine.

Up to the start of the War, there were four new 6 cylinder cast iron engine instructed to the shop. These are Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8.

We would like the main features for these engines to be continued with, in accordance with the following memos :-

Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}15/MH.{M. Huckerby}2.8.39.
Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}2/MH.{M. Huckerby}23.8.39.

Engine Nos. 5 and 6 will in the main features be identical with the engine specification for Ripplet.

This specification is at present time being brought up to date and as soon as it is complete we will be in a position to issue final details for these two units.
