Price's Oils.

We have noted the contents of your Roy{Sir Henry Royce}10/MG.24.6.30. with regard to the proposed change in the character of Motorine Amber 'A'.

We do not consider that we should change from the grade of Amber A which has been thoroughly tested and approved of until the following tests have been carried out:-

(1) A complete comparison to be carried out in the Laboratory between the old Amber Gear Oil such as we are at present using and the new oil, a sample of which has been handed on to HL. for this purpose.

(2) In the event of Dr.Hall's report being favourable, we consider then we should have a bulk sample for use and test in the Experimental Department.
