CARBURETTER. 3-CP-198. 200 MILES. I am enclosing brass turnings that I saw and took out from underneath the spring of the pump leather. The extra diameter of the spring over the brass turnings made the leather plunger too tight in the pump body. This caused a flat spot on the pick up. Cricklewood informed me that during last week they had a case of no holes being drilled at the base of the pump, which cut the pump action altogether.
